This company is great. I have had other AC guys recommended to me prior to having Friends & Family. Would highly recommend if have an AC unit. The owner, Jimmy, showed up to my house along with one of his employees. These guys are super respectful. They took the time to explain everything that they were doing. Helps to understand how it all works with the AC. If you are in the IE, have an AC, then you need to work with Friends and Family. Its a smaller company that's building and good honest work to come of it.

Wow! These guys are incredible! Our unit broke down last night and we called this morning after searching on google. Jeff arrived an hour after we had originally called and found the issue within a few minutes. He was so upbeat and positive, he was really a pleasure to have in our home. He had the part in his vehicle and within 20 minutes he was finished. You can tell a lot about a company by the look on the employees faces, I don’t think we’ve ever met a happier service person, it speaks volumes. With summer right around the corner, anyone in the Inland Empire will tell you that there is nothing scarier than having your A/C go out. Luckily, we found Friends & Family and they got us up and running in no time.
